How to Purchase

1. Decide on your method of purchase

- For "online" payment, click "add to cart." after supplying the name and email address of the "Student" for training programs or "Registrant" for assessments. All major credit cards accepted as well as PayPal transfers.

- For payment by credit card by phone, please complete the order form and fax or mail it to the registrar, who will contact you.

- For payment by check, download and complete the order form and mail it with your payment.

- For payment by purchase order, contact our accounting department for pre-approval. You may then fax a signed order form and your purchase order to 818.249.5669 and your access codes will be emailed to the billing contact and students or registrants.

2. Review the "Terms of Use" prior to purchase

By selecting "Add to Cart" or submitting the order form you are agreeing to our standard "Terms of Use" as well as the specific requirements associated with your selection. Please click and review our general Terms of Use as well the "Requirements" for your specific selection before proceeding.

Note: Each training program and assessment has an agreed upon completion date, or term of access requirement. A free one-month extension may be requested for training programs if the student anticipates needing more time or to restore access. This request must be made before the target completion date in order to safeguard access. Additional 30-day extensions may require a $15/month fee, payable in advance.

3. For enrolling multiple students

- Online: Enter the student name and email address and press "Add to Cart" and the shopping cart will be displayed. For each additional student select "Continue Shopping" which will return you to the Catalog page. At any time you may access your shopping cart by selecting "View Cart" on the Catalog page, or complete your purchase from the Shopping Cart by selecting "Click Here to Pay by Credit Card or PayPal".

- Enrollment form via Fax or Mail: Follow the instruction regarding adding additional student names to the form.
